NEET PG, conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), is the single entrance examination for admission to postgraduate medical courses — MD, MS and PG diplomas — across India.
Eligibility & Admission Process
Candidates must hold an MBBS degree recognised by the National Medical Commission and must have completed (or be due to complete) the compulsory rotating internship by the cut-off date. After the result, admission is via counselling — the Medical Counselling Committee handles the 50% All India Quota, and states handle the 50% state quota.
